Proud Parent represents the love, sacrifice, discipline, leadership, and growth that comes with manhood, womanhood and Parenthood. It’s about getting your own mind right so the next generation can have their mind right.

This collaboration stands for fathers/mothers who lead with purpose, who learn through mistakes. Adults who nurture, protect, teach, and continue evolving every day for the benefit of their child(ren).

Personally, the GYMR Proud Dad collaboration was created from real life, real growth, and real fatherhood. As a father of five, I understand that being a dad isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up, learning, growing, and leading as best as you can. Before I became a father of five, I was simply trying to learn how to be a father of 1. The journey has been truly a blessing, and I am working on improving daily. Truthfully, I’m still learning. 

Proud Parent is more than a saying— it’s a mindset, a testimony, and a legacy.
